Short warm-up ride. 20–30 km, 300 m elevation gain.

🌿 Day 2 – Roero Discovery & Truffle – Roero Discovery & Truffle

Scenic ride in the Roero hills.
Truffle hunt before lunch.
🍽️ Lunch with truffle hunter.
Afternoon ride back via Cisterna or transfer by van. 60–70 km, 500 m elevation.
🍷 Wine tasting & dinner in Canale.

🍇 Day 3 – Langhe Wines & Hazelnuts – Langhe Wines & Hazelnuts

Bike transfer day.
Visit Pollenzo, lunch in Verduno, pass through La Morra.
Evening at Fontanafredda, dinner in Alba.
50–60 km, 600 m elevation.

🍷 Day 4 – Barolo Loop – Barolo Loop

Loop ride in Barolo region.
Visit a local farm, 🍽️ lunch in Barolo.
Return to hotel. 40–50 km, 600 m elevation.
🍷 Wine tasting at 18:00, 🍽️ dinner at hotel 19:30.

Morning transfer.
